Updated rknpu from 0.9.7 to 0.9.8 #103

As per the title, it is not clear in the documentation all the steps to update the rknpu driver from 0.9.7 to 0.9.8.

Please let me know your starting distro and all the steps used to compile the kernel with the new driver.
