Provide registration burn up per event #326

Show how many registrations have already been placed and when to a given event. Registration creation date is good enough. Ideally, we would show a stacked cohort graph that would show:

  • of registrations created

  • of registrations confirmed

This could show us average "cycle time" and "lead time" of our new registrations.

We already have this implemented, right? This one is for the linear burn-up, right?
