Please describe the problem that your request should resolve.

After upgrade #989
The new - flat -version of eslint config needed to be applied.
IT was somehow auto-migrated. It works but need some cleanup

Describe the solution you'd like

usel flat eslint config, check validity

Is it already possible to achieve the same outcome in any other way? If so, how?
