Release v1.3.0 - GSI Support + 2 New Actions (Pause Toggle & Display Game Clock)

Heya,

I've added and started utilizing Dota 2's Game State Integration (GSI) so we can read into the current state of a running Dota 2 match and use that for some of our actions. I've created two new Stream Deck actions for this release. Let me know what you think!

Release Notes

• Introducing a New 'Pause/Resume Match' action!
  • You can now pause/resume your Dota 2 matches! (Game State Integration)

• Introducing a New 'Display Clock Time' visualizer!
  • You can now have a visual on your Stream Deck that shows your the clock time of a running Dota 2 match.

• Fixed a critical error with plugin installation
