CLI login: Cannot logout and login again into another Org. Need to clean cookies.

Describe the bug

After logout a user should be able to login again into a different org.
Instead, the org selection step is skipped in the browser unless the user explicitly cleans the Adobe cookies.

+1 Would be nice if we did something where we ask if the user if they'd like to continue working in the org they're logged into on the console or if they'd like to log into a new one.

otherwise on logout could we open the browser show "successfully logged out" and clear cookies ?
That way on the next login the user can login to a new Org.
