there is a conflict with SD-CN-Animation that has been solved here in this case it was with two shot extension

This issue looks like Wildcards Manager's issue or sd-webui it self, It same happened on stable-diffusion-webui-two-shot extension, see: opparco/stable-diffusion-webui-two-shot#52 .
