MixMonitor recording on Asterisk requires AUDIOHOOK_INHERIT(MixMonitor)=yes to work over a bridge

As the issue title states, on Asterisk an async recording using the MixMonitor application gets stopped on bridging unless AUDIOHOOK_INHERIT(MixMonitor) is set on the channel.
My opinion is that the variable should probably be set on any channel, as it is the generally expected behavior, or at least set before starting to monitor.
We need to keep in mind that a SET VARIABLE will not work on a bridged channel, though.
