BT-Lang (BTL / "Beetle") is a prototype language for stateless behavior trees, and this is the place to talk about how this language may evolve.

BTL is largely based on the smaller (and most effective) portion of Active Logic which addresses stateless control through ternary logic (reformulating BT through the && and || shorting operators)

Right now the goal is to get something tiny, yet comprehensive and dependable - up and running. Quickly, yet without haste.

Considered applications:

• Technical design, game jams, ed-tech (put some fun in our game dev!)
• Behaviour trees beyond the thicket (adaptive execution, execution aware game agents and more)

Ethos: be nice, be open. BTL is at an early stage - think positive slang, not language lawyery.
