Had to increase time.sleep(5) -> time.sleep(10) for tests on to flake locally #4

For the tests to pass on my local machine, I had to increase the sleep timer in the conftest.py L29 to 10 seconds.
Not sure if my computer is just too old, so didn't wanna commit.
