Have the User to decide what to show in the Subject

Have the User to decide what to show in the Subject field instead of the record deleted ID, as on the system user perspective they will not know what record has been deleted by seeing only the system generated ID.

Scenario:

I have a user A, then in the system we have User B and User C, now the User A deleted User B, in the system Activity log, it will only display on the subject as User # 2 with a description of User Deleted by User A.

Issue:
The other system user will not know what was the name of the User # 2 that has been deleted.
