Does not finish backup in zip format

Firstly thank-you for the module. I seem to be having a weird problem backing up my database ( I am using odoo v14).

My filestore size (1) is about 3.5gb, the db when using the manual command of pg_dump as postgres user gives me 8.5gb(3). However when I set the module to backup as dump file (as administrator user), it only gives 731mb while if is set it as zip it continuously keeps doing small files.

Any advice on how I should troubleshoot, i'm a bit stumped.

PS: This problem is only on my production env.
PSS: Restarting (everything app/db and server does not help).
