Add Navigation Bar to Game Interface

Currently, the game interface lacks a navigation bar, making it challenging for users to navigate to other sections or easily access important options, such as settings, profile, and instructions. Adding a navigation bar would improve user experience by providing easy access to these elements.

Proposed Solution: Add a top navigation bar that includes:
Game Settings: Quick access to change game difficulty, toggle dark mode, and adjust volume.
Profile/Account: A link to view and manage the user profile or login/logout options.
Instructions: A direct link to the instructions for new users or players needing a quick reference.
Home/Exit: A link to return to the main menu or exit the game.
