The following refactors should be applied to the scheduler:

Convert scheduler to OOP (classes where applicable)
Add Process class
Add Thread class
Connect Process and Thread classes to the refactored scheduler
Tasking Enhancements #141 (?)
Fix Panic Not Stopping Scheduler #286
