Improve Filtering in Group-Monitor

Hello,

I would really appreciate some slight improvements in the filtering options of the group monitor.
Example: 1.0.1 currently shows 1.0.1*.
This can be practical but may also be unintended. Therefore, my suggestion is to make this behavior configurable, for example, by requiring the explicit addition of the asterisk.

Additionally, it would be great to filter by multiple GAs (OR-connected).

The cherry on top would be the ability to save filters.
