Feature Request - Flexible Configuration of MD Structure

The context is that I have a specific way I organize clippings from the web in general, and I like Memex because it allows me to select portions from a page that I find interesting. I'd like to incorporate these specific clips into my Obsidian Vault (I can do this now). However, what I'd really like to do is tweak the Properties of the markdown file, and also save the Spaces as specific tags (how I use Memex right now).

Another cool feature would be to actually create a markdown file for a Space, since I actually track the Spaces as their own entity (they have descriptions, which I have written out)

I am happy to try to fork and incorporate this change myself - however, not a typescript developer. Could someone point me to the part of the repo that figures outs how to write the markdown file, so I can try and experiment with different structures that might work for me?
