Normalize synchronized file name to work across platforms

If a document contains a character not allowed by a certain platform (i.e Windows) but created on the other platforms, Obsidian will not able to synchronize or open document.

Sync log looks like below example

in this case, Windows does not allow : .

fyi aware there's template can be used {{ }} instead of PageTitle, however document doesn't seem to addess if I want to use PageTitle as is, or apply custom formatting to pageTitle itself.
