[Question]: how to auto-delete synchronized item?

I could confirm local sync generates an item successfully under obsidian vault. However, when I delete an item in the memex dashboard, looks like it is not being deleted in the obsidian vault. Is there an additional configuration to make this work?

How often does this happen and how annoying is it for you?

I'm currently doing some testing, so natrually caused visible number of deletion with out of sync. However if I had to put priority for myself, I'd probably put it as low-ish.
