How does this project fit with JetPack notifications

JetPack notifications

@erikyo was researching how JetPack creates blocks and found they have notification components. Further more, there is a whole notification system, which functions almost identically to the wp-feature-notification plugin.

The questions this raises

• Has this been previously discussed or considered?
• Has there been any discussions with the JetPack team?
• Should the API of this plugin be designed to fit the system already in use by JetPack?
• Hopefully, JetPack could adopt the notification system designed by this plugin, it would be more powerful and designed to fit more use cases. Though we need to discuss it with them and see this is even an option.
• Most importantly, how do the two systems function together while this plugin is in development?
