Missing link to WordPress Versions page

We should create a link to WordPress version table page, that is addressed in #246.
E.g. somewhere in here https://developer.wordpress.org/
Maybe here or above it

Adding a link under that section is a good idea. Probably under "More Resources." Can we just include both those lists under one heading that reads "More Resources"? Something like this:

The target page would be the dynamically generated page by #246 implementation. So not yet the path is unknown. In other words, the New Version Page is not static page such as Codex.
