Describe the bug
With Fn 1 toggled on using toggle key and entering a different function layer, the Fn 1 key gets stuck in pressed state when board is not on the Fn 1 layer. If I want to access Fn 1 layer again after leaving a different layer I have to tap it to deactivate the toggle and then tap/hold it again for Fn 1 layer.

While this makes sense for other keys, it doesn't work well combined with multiple Fn layers, as exiting any Fn layer resets it to main while leaving the Fn key in a toggled state (without Fn functionality).

Ideally, the toggled Fn key should be reset when switching to another Fn layer.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set Fn 1 key on main layer as toggle key.
  2. Bind Fn 2/3 on Fn 1 layer.
  3. Toggle Fn 1 key by tapping.
  4. Briefly enter a different function layer.
