Summary: The side menu on the main page seems unresponsive to browser window scaling.
Description: On both Firefox and Chrome, when using the side menu on the main page to open the "Help" link the side menu can block other elements of the web page. This is especially true when a user has their browser window scaled down horizontally (i.e. not maximized).
