I add a query from http://dataviz.i3s.unice.fr/ldviz/query/edit with all prefixes in the query itself, not in the "Query Prefixes" boxes.
When I run "Visualize SPARQL query results", the console says:

Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: i.params.prefixes is undefined
    init http://dataviz.i3s.unice.fr/ldviz/build/p-f0bae9db.entry.js:1
    value http://dataviz.i3s.unice.fr/ldviz/build/p-58bd6d32.js:1

Then I edit the query and add a "Query Prefixes" box, that works.
