Customer sample report

I have this error when i try to launch customer sample report :

Is this version 8 or 9? This error is coming from Odoo itself, before it even calls the report generator. The implication is that the database has the report definition for a pentaho report, but the front end does not have the pentaho module installed, so has no knowledge of what to do with the ir.action.

First thing - is the "pentaho_reports" module definitely installed on that database?
Second thing - I have just noticed that the "report_type" in that error dump is 'pdf' - it should be 'pentaho'
You will need to sort out the action definition, I believe.
