It's be stellar to have some templates helping walk new contributors through how to frame their discussion points, potentially with primary sourcing. 💭

Upon further reflection, I think this would introduce too much oversight-y "big brother" corporate-boss style to the conversation. Perhaps we could just trust people to introduce adequately their ideas, and comment asking for clarification or other views as needed?
