idea origins

I'm thinking something that integrates directly with maybe an anonymous form (if desired, or maybe give your name) which gets forwarded to some kind of secure Discord channel / set of GH users. 💭

This is also somewhere we could implement the issue templates to help guide contributors along, e.g., submitting a peer review Database upgrade.
