이슈 내용

현재 CertificationManager에서 SMS 인증코드와 가족 초대 코드 두 개를 관리하고 있다.
객체지향 SRP에 따르면 하나의 클래스가 변경되는 이유는 한 가지여야 하며, 위 클래스는 변경에 취약하고 응집도가 낮다.

To-do

코드 관리를 독립적인 Manager로 분리한 후 합성하자.
