Some additions to Invoices for Germany laws

Hello, the invoices that WemX writes are unfortunately not valid in the EU (if you are from Germany) and therefore it is not allowed to sell within the EU (if you are from Germany). In the following all information that an invoice needs is listed.

• Full name and address of the supplier and the recipient of the service

• Tax number or VAT identification number

• Date of issue of the invoice

• Consecutive invoice number

• Quantity and commercial description of the delivered goods or the type and scope of the other service

• Time of the delivery or service

• Remuneration broken down according to tax rates and exemptions

• Reductions of the consideration agreed in advance

• Tax rate and consideration and the amount of tax due or reference to tax exemption

• The term "credit note" in the case of invoicing by credit note

• Reference to the recipient's tax liability, if applicable

This is basically all that is required on an invoice in the EU.
