Rename "container" to "bucket"

I was messing around with some implementations of blobstore, and the terminology of "container" I originally was thinking was a "folder" within a bucket. However, the only major s3 implementation that calls a "bucket" a "container" is Azure. For clarity sake, we should rename the "container" type to be called "bucket"
