Only attempting to show the current state's forum and wiki links when in the US, when in other countries Wazebar would fail to load due to this lookup failing.

(Hopefully) fixes an issue with the current state links loading before the States object has been initialized. Don't think it caused any issues with WME but would log an error in the console upon startup.
