Organized tournaments

Related to #849
New organized tournament format. Maybe kinda niche, but we will see. Full control is given to tournament creator.

Every game that will be played in the tournament will be created by the tournament creator. Could be useful for custom managed tournaments.

• Correspondence allowed
• Can last for months
• Certain player management rights granted to the tournament creator - kicking players, accepting only certain players, closing joining (this will be made available to other formats too)

Layout will prob change, just started working on this... Any feedback is welcome.

A way to render brackets for elimination tournaments would be a nice addition.

Eliminations as a separate format is something I also want to do, but probably not immediately, since it would even more delay releasing round-robin and this.
