Kawasemi as the main engine for Chu Shogi

I once tried a game of Chu Shogi against the Kawasemi bot on the site and it's pretty good! Maybe we should try using it to allow AI Chu Shogi games to be played, even as a "for now" AI that may be replaced with HaChu.
