do we include setting config history like other attune packages?

attune FCM discrete for transect includes Settings_configuration_history_discrete_analysis.csv
This currently doesn't exist for MVCO samples because they've only just started to be analyzed, but Emily and Taylor think it'd be good to include a config history dock but maybe go by date of analysis as opposed toe 'cruise' because MVCO events aren't organized like cruises and will not be analyzed by sequential event.
