Building a 350 now and the shorter stl still is about 2mm off from being centered with the misumi extrusion. I can't screw it into the t-nuts because of it

Because I have added a layer of aluminum foil on the bottom panel, I must use the back cover (to prevent shorting out of the pins sticking out of the PCB).
The M2 self tapping screws are recessed into it. I was able to install the endstop by bowing the bottom panel (covered with a layer of aluminum foil in the picture).
Edit: I wasn't happy with the end result. I de-soldered the PCB and soldered the switch directly. I added a layer of kapton tape for electrical insulation.
