The current jar is only meant to work in j2cl and GWT, mixed classpaths might get confusing. Instead, all of the contents of this should be moved to "super source" so that mixed classpath GWT2 projects can safely include this jar on the server.

This will also effect legacy Dev Mode GWT2 usage.
