Update KAPE Target to include PowerShell Scheduled_Jobs #3814

I noticed that with pull request #3806 the KAPE targets were just updated and one of my pull requests just missed your merge. If the KAPE Targets are updated for the 0.73 release and you have time sneak in this change as it might be beneficial for Scheduled Task analysis. EricZimmerman/KapeFiles#976 If this is not the case don't worry it can appear in a future release

Not a problem - I quickly ran the script to update to the latest
