Would be nice to have a computer or device that can scan for either a list of all frequencies in use, or a list of frequencies within a range when the button is pressed.

Can be used for counter intelligence for our radios that you can select any frequencies on. Adds value to having encrypted telecoms like some factions have.

Adds new markings representing makeup:
- Lips
- Blush
- Nail Polish (Left)
- Nail Polish (Right)

Availability depends on the species. Cherry-picked from this
[pull-request](DeltaV-Station/Delta-v#1191) from
