Issue Description

given usr is immutable, the cause of this is fairly obvious. Want to document it, and will look into solutions along with the implementation of vanilla theming.

attempt to install a theme

On what version of Vanilla OS this happens?

This is now fixed in my fork's dev branch, will open a PR once the current one is merged.

Also note, I was incorrect about plasma themes as these are installed per user, the ones in /usr/share are only defaults. Why this discrepancy from sddm exists, I don't know, but I solved the sddm issue with a symlink.
