Attempting to play demos that are recorded on certain maps in software rendering mode causes the game to become completely unresponsive until it's killed via Task Manager.
Launching and playing on the map in software mode works fine, the demo also plays in OpenGL without problems.
This happens on both the legacy branch and HL25
An example affected demo: here (it's for Opposing Force, not sure if other mods are affected as well)
