[TF2] Spy robots don't use theirs revolvers on MVM

I've noticed that, in mvm, Spy robots never use theirs revolvers at all, wich is weird since they occasionally strafe right and left in an attempt to dodge your shots to retaliate yet cannot do so due to them only holding a knife.

They do use their revolvers but only if they have the bomb carrier tag, my guess is the support tag for spy mission doesn't allow them to fire the revolver.

I didn't knew this, but it's still weird nontherless, however I wonder if this is an actual feature or a bug trought, both sounds reasonable
