Don't discard other land use types

To reproduce the colorful example image we want to retain the land use types that are non urban. They may need a simply rectangle as geometry? Also we could add the colormap from https://zenodo.org/records/7670653.

An alternative way to plot those is to import the global tiff file directly into qgis and render it with the provided colormap.
