If it was accidentally registered or imported, etc.

These courses should be struck over or perhaps even hidden

They should also be sorted to the bottom of the list. Marking a course as invalid is most relevant when the course was just imported, so the option could perhaps be shown with #906 and then hidden behind confirmation etc. on the modify course page
