MsgRepay is ok to accept from any address just like our CDP module.
So make it happen.

Memo:

The reason why CDP module is made as above is, one address doesn’t mean one person on the premise.
Moreover, if you say:
NON-Borrowers can pay on behalf of the borrower.
That doesn’t make any sense at all.
It doesn’t make any sense at all that only “one address” can repay one address’s loan in our protocol.
