I'll give it a day or two, otherwise I'm going ahead and merging UltraStar-Deluxe/ultrastar-deluxe.github.io#25 regardless

flathub situation has been cleared up, so the usdx.eu PR can be merged now

manually re-ran the usdx.eu pipeline, because the news item timestamp was in the future when it ran yesterday. for the next release I'll probably just change it to 5AM or something, because we generally only care about the date and not the exact time.

all actions for this release have now been completed.
