Case when we update kubeconfig file that is not a kubeconfig

#> uffizzi cluster update-kubeconfig --kubeconfig="~/.config/uffizzi/manifest.yml" --name="zip-1"
CLI Error:
undefined method `detect' for nil:NilClass
