<p>We are the core of UXSoc that advocates the practice of user experience.
We handle all client projects in and outside of Ateneo.
As officers of this department, you will focus on making products to be both functional
and impactful for our clients.</p>

<header class="department-information-header">Product Designer</header>
<p>If you’re interested in creating tangible products, then this is the perfect role for you.
You design products for the user and continuously seek to improve them.
The specializations in this position are:</p>
<p><span class="bold-text">• Visual Designer:</span> Focuses on the
“look” of the product and creates wireframes, mockups, MVPs, and design elements </p>
<p><span class="bold-text">• Interaction Designer:</span> Focuses on the “feel” of the product and crafts
the experiences of
the user in motion, action, and reaction components</p>

<header class="department-information-header">Content Strategist</header>
<p>If you want to learn how to read minds (or close enough), content strategy is your field.
You carry out user research and strategize the best way to present the client’s content
in their product. The specializations in this position are:</p>
<p><span class="bold-text">• Researcher:</span> Conducts
stakeholder interviews for user research, defines user problems, maps out user journeys and
empathy maps</p>
<p><span class="bold-text">• Information Architecture:</span> Prepares site maps and utilizes other
appropriate
UX strategies with clients as well as other members of the Design and Consultancy team</p>

<p>A 3-week design course and case competition created to

<p>As part of our goal to enrichen the organization’s mentorship culture,
UXDC will be hosting monthly workshops that caters to fuel our members’
interest and knowledge about UX design, and to teach them the design thinking

<p>UXSoc’s annual flagship event that aims to promote UX, its use, and impact to
various demographics by allowing people from the design industry to share their

<p>Do you want to turn ideas into reality? Working hand in hand with UXDC, Engineering works on transforming
design masterpieces into user-centric interfaces. You'll get the chance to build website projects of UXSoc
and its clients. There are two Engineering divisions: Front-End Division and the Back-End Division.</p>

<p>The dev workshops aim to give people within and beyond UXS an avenue to learn more about coding -
whether front-end, back-end or both!</p>

<p>Small group sessions facilitated by the UXDev officers for members to learn about specific aspects of
coding. These are more hands-on than the Dev Workshops and are in smaller groups for more interactive

<p>The hackathon will be the culminating event for developers within UXSoc. It will test what they have
learned through building and maintaining products.</p>

<p>The UXDEV Manual will serve as a reference for future projects within UXSoc that will outline standards

<p>Looks matter, and Branding knows it. Branding focuses on designing aesthetically pleasing and effective

learn and grow their skills in design theory, branding, illustration, and use of Adobe
illustrator/photoshop.</p>

<p>Conducts experience workshops on the basic HR tools as well as soft skills needed such as: excel,
interviewing, empathy, interview reports. HR will also establish a User Testing Pool for those who may

<p>The Christmas Party will happen within the final weeks before the start of Christmas break. HR will
