Where do we find a copy of file in step 1 or reference to file to build.

AzMoSVC file it's starts with on this mobile service hands on it asks u to open when starting,

THe mobile service asks to open an existing windows app that uses local to do list,

do we just create a random one or is there a specific file that I need to download because its not showing anything except a pdf

I think it would be very helpful to include this download link in an updated HOL pdf. I am glad I located this issue so I didn't have to start reverse engineering from the screen shots in the pdf.

It took me forever to find this file... Please update either the DVLUP challenge content or the PDF to include the location of the existing starting project.

I found this page after search for 30 minutes. Now

I just downloaded this project, and launched it in VS2013. But I am getting the error: Unable to activate Windows Store app '15e06574-0ff2-40ac-9d21473c14f_......'. The activation request failed with error ' This app can't be activated by the build-in Administrator'.

Can you tell me what's wrong ? Thanks.

That link didn't work for me either. I'm really surprised at how bad the directions are, really making me rethink the whole DVLUP site.
