Implement GUI for settings screen

Feature: #366

The task deals with coding the new Settings Screen GUI. Add the newly designed icons. redesign buttons, and change the background to make the screen look more beautiful and align with the UI of the rest of the game, especially the newly redesigned main menu screen.
