Control the UAC (User Account Control)

Is there a way to allow applications that ask for permission to start via the UAC? For me the controller than just stops working at all (despite having started it as administrator)

For some apps I have already made tasks and made links to avoid the UAC permission to pop up in the first place, but this doesnt work with all apps unfortunately :/
