Just wanted to flag that the tabs aren't loading their default preference tabs or hiding the other tabbed textareas when more than one tab is created.

Is there some change to CSS/JS required for 2.3.3 maybe?

Looks like the query to determine CKEditor is returning false even though Ckeditor is loaded.

I'm using Chrome PC and am experiencing rendering issues with the tabbed textareas when CKeditor is loaded.
