Hover functionality of Contribute Now Button is not Working

Bug
The "Contribute Now" button does not display the expected hover effect when the cursor is placed over it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the main page of the website.
2. Locate the "Contribute Now" button.
3. Hover the cursor over the button.
4. Observe that there is no visual change indicating a hover effect.

Expected behavior
When the cursor hovers over the "Contribute Now" button, it should visually change (e.g., change color, size, or display an animation) to indicate interactivity.
